SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is free to all our customers within the UK. That means returns too. We currently don't ship outside of the EU, but if you are based elsewhere or wish to ship globally, please contact us directly and we will arrange it for you as cheaply as we can.

Standard Returns and Exchanges 

 

We offer a full money back guarantee on our products, because we all change our minds sometimes. Should you find that one of our bags simply doesn’t look the part when you’re wearing it in front of the bedroom mirror, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

 

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and including any little extras we might have thrown in for fun. If it doesn't reach us in the same condition that we sent it out then it may affect your rights and our ability to refund you fully, but please see our Terms for further details.

Faulty items

 

Faulty items can be returned at any time. Should you receive a faulty item please contact us by email at hello@scaral.com stating your name, address, order number and the nature of the fault. 


 

How to return:

 

Drop us an email to hello@scaral.com and we’ll arrange a shipping label or collection for you.

Ship your item(s) using the original packaging to SCARAL Ltd, 78 Halstead Road, Wanstead, London E11 2AZ

Please send the returned package with full tracking and insurance as responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. It’s important to retain your proof of postage, occasionally things do go missing in transit.

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
